About us:

Part of the Beautification Sector of RCDG, the Holiday Lights committee strives to create holiday magic downtown every year with cheerful lights.

In 2020, we were able to raise enough funds to refurbish our oldest holiday wreaths. Now all of our downtown streetlight wreaths have LED warm white lights and new greenery.

Other projects include expanding and improving lighting displays in Central Park and creating new displays along downtown corridors. Adding a little at a time, we intend to transform downtown Mansfield into a winter wonderland during the dark and dreary winter months. See photos here!

Festive lighting displays at Downtown entry points

  • Connecting Downtown to Kingwood Center Gardens with lighting displays along Park Avenue West, with community partnerships
  • Collaboration with City Parks Department to illuminate Central Park
