Enter BrandRichland.com/Events. This countywide central calendar was conceptualized in the 2019 Mansfield Rising plan, funded with support from Destination Mansfield – Richland County, and built through the BrandRichland initiative to make discovering local events simple, accurate, and fast. It’s powered by Yodel, an AI-assisted system that gathers and standardizes event information from trusted community sources, so you don’t have to chase it.
How It Works
- Smart collection
Yodel finds events posted by recognized organizers on their public pages and Facebook Events, then pulls in the essentials: title, date, time, venue, address, description, and a link to the organizer. Organizers don’t need a new portal… just keep posting clear events on their sites or Facebook. - Clean, consistent listings
Details are formatted so you can scan quickly. Each card has the basics and a direct path back to the organizer for tickets and updates. - Powerful search and filters
Start with your place. Set Mansfield as your focus, for example. Layer on filters for wellness, arts, family, food and drink, sports, business, and more. Pick your dates to plan this weekend or the next. - Fresh updates
When an organizer updates their page, the calendar reflects it. You plan with confidence. - Featured highlights
Seasonally relevant or can’t-miss events may be featured so you can spot big moments at a glance.

About This Launch
BrandRichland grew from the community vision outlined in the 2019 Mansfield Rising plan. The plan called for a unified way to share what is happening across our “family of communities” and to make it easier for residents and visitors to show up. BrandRichland was created to carry that vision forward and turn shared ideas into practical tools that strengthen pride of place and welcome new talent.
Since its inception, BrandRichland has been co-led by Destination Mansfield – Richland County and the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. Together, these partners have aligned marketing, tourism, and business engagement so the calendar you see today serves real needs across neighborhoods, venues, and organizations.
Bringing the calendar to life on the web required strong technical support. DRM Productions provided vital assistance to deploy and integrate the feature on the BrandRichland website, ensuring a smooth experience that feels natural to use.
