“Member Message” Email Marketing

This popular program is only available to Chamber members!


  • Your own dedicated email message will be sent to over 2,300 employees of Chamber member businesses.
  • Your Member Message email will typically be sent on a Tuesday or Thursday.
  • Your email will be the only Member Message email the Chamber sends on your scheduled day.
  • Because of high demand, each member is limited to one Member Message per quarter.
  • Member Message reservation dates are first come, first serve.
  • We recommend scheduling your Member Message email several weeks in advance.
  • Member Message open rates average approximately 30%.
  • The cost is $175 per email blast (the non-profit rate is $150)

It’s easy!

Here is what the Chamber will need from you (once your Member Message has been scheduled):

  • Supply the Chamber with a PDF of your content, along with the subject line. We also suggest you include 1-2 sentences to introduce the content in the PDF.
  • An alternative option is to supply the Chamber the text that can be copied and pasted along with 1-2 images (such as your logo).
  • If you wish to include additional links (website page, social media, youtube video, etc), please send the url of each (no more than 3 url’s per email, please).
  • Please supply the content to the Chamber 3-5 business days before your scheduled email date, and we will supply a proof before it is sent.
