The Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development (RAC&ED) is happy to release a request for information for an extension of the OARnet system. RAC&ED is a private non-profit partner in this collaborative project. Responses and questions should be directed to Barrett Thomas bthomas@chooserichland.com. As questions are answered, they will be posted below in an FAQ.
